Diary

The diary page is the part of the app that is typically used the most. With this in mind, it has been designed to be as simple as possible and allows for adding or modifying food quick and easy with a minimum amount of effort.

The layout of the diary page is customizable and allows for great flexibility to fit your needs. You can set up what progress bars you want to see as well as defining your own meal times and workout sections.

Graph & Progress view

The progress view visualizes all your progressions such as weight, workouts, calorie/kilojoule intake and water consumption. It also shows your goal curves which makes it easy to see you well you fare against your goals – the current as well as the past.

You can create your own progression types and set up goals for them. This is useful for body measurements such as waist, thigh or chest, or exercise progressions such as bench press, bicep curl, etc.

The graph is fully interactive and supports swipe as well as pinch zoom to change the scale.

Landscape mode

The whole app runs perfectly well in landscape mode which is particularly useful in the graph view.
